Shipping is pretty straightforward. We use flat rate, tiered shipping with FedEx. Based on how much your subtotal is, you'll pay a low, flat rate no matter where you are in the lower 48. For Alaska and Hawaii, we charge actual costs. Call us if you need more info.

    •    $20 to $49.99: $12.95

    •    $75 to $99.99: $16.95
    •    $100 to $124.99: $17.95
    •    $125 to $149.99: $19.95
    •    $150 to $199.99: $23.95
    •    $200 up costs additional $7 per $100
    •    Over $2,600 there's a $200 flat rate

• If you order long canvas rolls that dip into the over-length package charge or if the order is so large that it requires special freight handling, C&PW will apply a shipping surcharge set by the carrier. With large shipments, we'll try to find the best method to save you time and money with your shipment.

IMPORTANT: Over-Length Boxes

• Boxes 60" up are over-length and incur an extra $12 charge. Wish it wasn't that way, but....
A quick note about the sizes that sometimes fall into this over-length charge: Obviously, it's the length of the box that matters when shipping and not the length of the product. Make sense?
Our freight carriers require a physical address, so no post office boxes, please.
Be sure to give us plenty of ways to communicate with you. If there's a problem with your order, we want to resolve it and get your package on its merry way.
We'll try to keep everything up-to-date on the website, but with transportation costs fluctuating, we might experience another national carrier price hike that could affect our posted prices. This is where we're supposed to say they are subject to change without notice.

Shipping Responsibilities:

Once a package is turned over to a carrier, the responsibility for the package lies in their hands. If there is a claim, we will do our best to help settle the issue. Depending on the cause of the problem it may be resolved quickly or it could be a matter of time. You must retain all packing materials and it is always a good idea to take photos of questionable packages if they seem to have been damaged. It is also required by us to accept a package even if it is damaged, sometimes there is less damage than thought and, sometimes we can make adjustments to the product pricing that would be in your favor. Regardless of the situation, we know there is always a solution. Please, communicate your concerns as soon as possible.
